It’s surprising how many people don’t. We listen – and we ask if we don’t understand.
We know that understanding our clients’ history, culture, competitors, marketplace, challenges, goals, hopes, and dreams, is the difference between an average service and a brilliant one.
We prefer face-to-face, or over the phone – and as regularly as possibly.
We measure the effect of all marketing channels, not just those that we manage.
We build and maintain our own technology and IP (such as bid management and reporting) and customise it to the needs of our clients. Retaining a full understanding of the technology we use gives us the control and customisation that off-the-shelf products are simply unable to offer.
We’re not always right.
We love to be challenged. A bright idea is a bright idea, wherever it comes from. And we admit mistakes when we make them (which isn’t often).
We agree a fixed fee with our clients — never a commission. We’ve never been incentivised to waste money, and never want to be.
